General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations,

lead our team, and help drive long- term success.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a background in managing higher- end or

national brand operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day- to- day business operations

Manage, train, and motivate staff

Implement company policies, procedure, and brand standards

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role

Strong understanding of financials, scheduling and daily operations

Excellent customer service skills

Experience with higher-end, national brands strongly preferred
