These clinical services will include assessments, treatment planning, pharmacotherapy, and individual and group psychotherapies—as well as well as consultations to physicians and other clinicians. The work will mainly occur within the primary care clinics, although care may be delivered in other clinic settings as well—all within a collaborative care model.
