Manufacturing Operator- (Monday to Friday 1:00p-9:30p)

Assist with the manufacturing production process including but not limited to machine operation and injection molding.

Minimum Requirements

6 months to a year of previous manufacturing experience

High School Dip

Ability to pass drug tests and physical

Pay Range: $20-$22 DOE

Technical Writer (Manufacturing) – (Monday to Friday 8:00a-5:00p)

Collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing and relevant stakeholders to accurately document test methods, technical reports, labels and other design files as needed.

Minimum Requirements

3 years of direct documentation experience in manufacturing including generating protocols, technical reports, test methods, manufacturing instructions, project planning documents and labeling document.

Previous experience working with Class II medical devices

Experience with ISCO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 20 Regulations.

Manufacturing Team Lead- (Monday to Friday 1:00p-9:30p)

Leading and providing support to efforts related to assembly of milling machines. Ensuring alignment to production criteria and productivity expectations according to approved processes.

Minimum Requirements

Previous lead, supervisor or management experience

Experience with electrical panel building, motor control, pneumatics, sensors, input/output wiring, and alternations current/direct circuitry a plus

Medical Device industry experience preferred.

Pay Range: $25.00- $32.00 DOE

Manufacturing Setup Machinist – (Monday to Friday 2:00p -10:30p)

Setting up CNC mill, lathe and machinery in accordance with supplied set up instructions

Minimum Requirements

5 years of set up experience as a machinist

Graduate of technical school, full apprenticeship program, or completion of in company four-year training program to satisfaction of plant training committee

Experience with Mastercam

Pay Range: $23.00-$36.00 DOE

CMM Operator – (Monday to Friday 6:00a-2:30p)

To set up and operator Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to inspect machined parts

Minimum Requirements

5 years of CMM Machine Operations experience

Graduate of technical school, full apprenticeship program, or completion of in company four-year training program to satisfaction of plant training committee

Previous experience operating PC- DMIS software

Pay Range: $21.70-$28.95 DOE

Barista (Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm)

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma required.

Relevant barista training and experience, a plus.

Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr

Stock Cashier Clerk (Monday to Friday 5:00am-2:00pm)

Minimum Requirements

Valid California’s driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

State minimum car insurance coverage preferred.

California Food Handler Card.

Pay Range: $17.00-$17.50/hr

Security Guard (Weekend Shift)

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum one year of working experience required.

Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferred.

Special Requirements/Certification:

Current Security Guard License, required.

Valid CA driver’s license

Pay Range: $17.50/hr

Scheduler (Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm)

Provides administrative support such as verifying and/or scheduling shipping dates, scanning cases, and serving as liaison to other departments. Timely communicates with dental offices to advise Customers of changes to shipping dates and/or to verify case information via phone or email utilizing established scripts or templates.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year of call center experience.

Pay Range: $18.00p/hr

Technical Retention Specialist I

Utilizes customer retention software to monitor new, current, and past accounts to implement account retention procedures, with an emphasis on obtaining business from and retaining new and restart accounts. Identifies and tags cases accordingly prior to production. Evaluates cases of technical concerns and communicates with dentists/office to resolve issues. Works directly with production team regarding product quality and retention cases.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of two (2) years of ACD experience and/or five (5) years of customer service or minimum three (3) years in a dental background (RDA, DA, CDT).

Pay Range: $21.00-$25.00p/hr.

Partial Saddle Finisher

Fabricates and repairs dental prosthesis/dental appliances such as dentures, partials, crown and bridge, inlay/onlay, veneers and implant restorations. Reads prescription included with case; constructs prostheses by following doctors’ written orders and instructions. Replaces partial or total loss of natural teeth by constructing partial or full dentures (metal and non-metal).

Pay Range: $17.00/hr

Comfort Splint Tech

Familiarizes self with wide range of materials, such as metal (precious, non-precious, gold) or not metal materials (porcelain, composite, acrylic, polyurethane, co-polyester, thermo plastic) and their use in fabricating dental restorations. Learns and practices restoring natural teeth and correcting dental irregularities by manufacturing fixed or removable appliances. Develops technical knowledge to make decisions when fabricating dental prosthesis.

Education and Experience:

Basic dental training.

Prior dental experience or background, a plus.

Previous experience working in positions that require hand and finger dexterity, a plus.

Pay Range: $17.00p/hr

CAD/CAM Designer

Designs, fabricates, and repairs dental prosthesis/dental appliances using designated software technology. Reads and understands prescription; constructs prostheses by following doctors’ orders and instructions. Evaluates and modifies designs to ensure correct crown placement and contact/occlusion parameters are within specification.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior dental work experience or background, a plus.

Previous experience working in positions that require hand and finger dexterity, a plus.

Pay Range: $17.00/hr

TAP Tech

Fabricates and repairs dental prosthesis/dental appliances such as dentures, partials, crown and bridge, inlay/onlay, veneers and implant restorations. Reads prescription included with case; constructs prostheses by following doctors’ written orders and instructions.

Education and Experience:

Basic dental training.

Prior dental experience or background, a plus.

Previous experience working in positions that require hand and finger dexterity, a plus

Customer Service Representative:

Participate and complete Glidewell's customer service training program in order to be equipped with the proper tools, phone etiquette techniques, and product knowledge to successfully fulfill a customer service role at the Company.

Pay Range: $21.00/hour

Team Lead Construction

Leads, guides, and directs construction personnel in execution of daily duties and responsibilities according to established protocols and procedures. Refers to construction plans and code books to guide construction personnel.

Schedules team’s activities. Understands and utilizes each individual’s strengths to establish daily goals for production and efficiency optimization.

Coordinates and measures quality assurance and quality control prior to project scope completion.

Ensures work adheres to construction schedule. Identifies and resolves obstacles to ensure timely completion.

Ensures all construction tasks and construction personnel are adhering to the company safety policy. Promotes job safety, conducts tailgate meetings, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately.

Understands Company’s projects, plans, and specifications.

Maintains positive relationships with project owners, designers, management, and other internal personnel.

Acts as liaison between construction personnel and management.

Collaborates with internal team members to validate construction duration and ensure projects/tasks are progressing as scheduled.

Maintains an organized job site.

Monitors and tracks usage and assignment of materials and tools including maintaining the tool and material carts. Ensures construction personnel are properly supplied with tools and materials.

Assists in creation of material lists for individual projects and inventory stock.

Travels and works at Company’s Satellite labs as necessary.

Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in commercial construction, or completion of an approved technical training program.

Special Requirements/Certification:

Valid driver’s license.

Valid documentation to travel internationally.

HVAC Apprentice

Stores, retrieves, and organizes supplies, materials, and products within maintenance shop.

Provides HVAC assistances, performs minor repairs and installation of HVAC equipment and accessories.

Installs ducting, insulation, and hangars under the direction of HVAC technicians

Responds to work request for minor HVAC facility repairs; escalates or works alongside experienced technicians on complex request.

Performs basic maintenance, cleaning, filter changes and repairs on HVAC equipment under guidance of HVAC team members.

Checks and maintains equipment and tools to ensure good working condition.

Moves materials through use of equipment moving machinery such as hand trucks, forklifts, and golfcarts.

Maintains and organizes spare parts and consumables.

Provides recommendations for facilities improvements.

Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in maintenance and repair, required; HVAC experience, a plus.

Special Requirements/Certification:

Valid California state driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

HVAC certification, a plus.

Forklift certification, preferred. Ability to pass in-house Forklift certification, required.

Pay Range: $18.12-23.00/hr.
