RESPONSIBILITIESLead multi-year programs and projects from initiation to implementation, utilizing appropriate project management methodologies.

Apply subject matter expertise and preparedness of information to effectively communicate key messages across matrix teams.

Perform benchmarking assessments to determine ideal solutions

Communicate confidently with Executives and Leadership and provide proactive communications to key stakeholders.

Facilitate and manage project scope. Collaborate with the team to recommend solution obtions. Demonstrate understanding of subject matter needed to drive value and delivery decisions.

Proactively seek ways to improve delivery and resource allocation.

Motivate team members to achieve the best results.

Apply and maintain project management standards including creation project management deliverables and artifacts.

Recommend opportunities to standardize processes across functions, regions and/or lines of business.

Promote cross-regional best practices related to program and project delivery.

Support planning and implementation of improvements and/or change management initiatives.

Assist with the development of keymetrics and risk indicators.

Identify and perform stakeholder analysis and develop appropriate communications.

Prepare and present progress updates to Leadership.

REQUIREMENTSMinimumStrong experience in Program and/or Project Management, Agile/Scrum methodologies and organizational change management (4-7+ years)

Technical skills in Project Management methodologies and tools, MicrosoftWord, Excel and PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to coach and influence at all levels of the organization

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Self-starter with leadership qualities and willingness to assume responsibility and drive towards delivering value based on organizational priorities; Able to apply sound judgment and initiative to achieve goals

Customer-focused with ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and experience in the Project Management field

Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in a team-oriented environment

PreferredPMI or PgMP Certification

Master’s or MBA degree

2-4 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management

1-2 years of experience in Credit Reporting or Financial Services Industry

1 year experience with GRC/Archer systems
