Global Forwarding Coordinator

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Global Forwarding Coordinator. In this role, you will be a part of our team, where you will be primarily involved in international shipping processes, from handling purchase orders to ensuring the delivery of cargo at the ultimate destination. Responsibilities Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to international shipping, demonstrating problem resolution skills. Provide backup support for delivery and turnovers. Conduct audits of load, ensuring adherence to standard operation procedures. Generate and maintain up-to-date customer records, reports, and shipment documentation. Assist global forwarding personnel with reporting and documentation collection, ensuring data integrity. Provide tracking and tracing services for customer shipments. Demonstrate proficiency in Spanish and English language for written and verbal communication. Use Microsoft Office Suites to manage and process work effectively. Adhere to government agency regulations and company standards.
