Provide analytical, strategic, and operational support for Meta’s Sales & Marketing Business organization, “Meta Business Group” (MBG), with the primary objective of enabling the leadership team to make effective, analytically driven and strategic operating decisions.

Create data visualizations and reporting in Tableau to help key stakeholders better understand the business and track important metrics.

Create pipelines for new metrics/new reports.

Identify and use signals to identify opportunities for new insights and trends that may impact business decisions, short and long-term growth, resource allocation, and workforce strategy, investment in product support, and optimization of tools and systems.

Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.

Effectively plan and collaborate with team members on data-driven projects to improve internal tools, systems, and data pipeline.

Help establish short and long-term goals that will advance the organization’s productivity through analytics.

Perform ad hoc analysis for MBG leadership.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field and 18 months of experience in finance, data science, strategy, business operations, or in a related industry.Requires 18 months of experience involving the following:

Advanced SQL coding experience including working with complex datasets (create, maintain, and improve data sets, pipelines and reporting)

Experience utilizing both qualitative analysis (eg content analysis, hypothesis testing) and quantitative analysis techniques (eg cluster analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics)

Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance, including stakeholder and project management

Experience presenting technical content to non-technical audiences and leadership

Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth

Building business reporting and analysis tools, including reports and dashboards

Creating automated global sales productivity reporting and dashboard using Heroku

Case research and creating analysis reporting for sales account ownership disputes

Develop territory smart assignment models and products using Python, VBA and Alteryx and

Automating data mapping through DemandTools.
