Job Description: Minimum 3+ years of client facing /consulting experienceCertification in Google Analytics and Google Tag managerMust have - Expertise with Google Analytics (variables, events, segments, dimensions, custom queries, etc.), and tag management tools (e.g., GTM, etc.)Expertise in analyzing and reporting data from Web Analytics platformsExtensive digital expertise including digital measurement and associated data and technology platformsExcel in conveying technical and complicated statistics concepts to non-technical audiencesSolid knowledge of Google Analytics 4 tool and universal analytics.Setup and Install Google Tag Manager to configure and deploy tagsGood understanding of KPI and Goals in Google Analytics: Analysis of Accounts, Active Users, Audiences, Bounce Rate, Session Duration, Cohort Analysis, Campaign (information/ tags), Conversion, Cost Analysis, Goals (Completion/ values), Transactions, etc.Ability to create dimensions and metrics on Google Analytics to support reporting requirements.Ability to identify data quality issues, navigate multiple data sources, and work to resolve data quality issues.Working experience in Agile MethodologyTeam Leadership & Development Should be able to work as the Scrum master of the Agile team.Manages and/or mentors Senior Analysts and Analytics at offshore.Establish expectations and goals for team on performance marketing thought leadership.Ability to guide developers on the solution to implement Google Tag manager and Google Analytics4.Proven leadership ability and strong, impactful client relationship experienceMandatory Skills Must have experience in Google Analytics 4.Must have experience on Universal analytics.Must have experience in Google Tag Manager.Must have experience working as a Scrum master.
