- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science/ Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field- At least 3 years of experience in a Technical, digital operations, or systems support role- Practical experience using public clouds(e.g. Google, AWS, Azure).- Ability to use one or more scripting languages (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python, extensions)- Working knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure (e.g. projects, virtual machines, rhel/Linux/centos, IAM, VPC, Load Balancers, GPU, cloud storage, Cloud SQL, Postgres, Pubsub)- System Engineering or DevOps experience:- Linux and Windows Administration; Chef, Puppet, Ansible, python, and power shell. Experience with popular open-source software (such as Cassandra, MySQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ)- Knowledge of and experience in creating data queries using SQL or SQL-like construct- Ability to troubleshoot and drive technical issues forward quickly and independently- Ability to perform administrative functions on operating systems such as Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat), and/or Microsoft Windows Server Other industry-recognized technicalcredentials (Google certifications, AWS certifications, CISM, CISSP, CISA, or Microsoft Azure certifications, etc.)- Some experience with enterprise commerce systems

Functional Requirements: - Ability to deal with ambiguity, including troubleshooting and problem-solving in loosely-defined situations across multiple technical teams and features.- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal form Excellent work ethic- works independently, knows when to ask for help, able to unblock technical issues.- Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment, adapt to changing needs and evolving business processes- Ability to follow and update technical documentation- Previous experience with working cross-functionally with other roles such as partner management, TAM, PM, System Admin, or QA role- Strong analytical skills to understand problem domains, develop insights and propose solutions.- Action orientedness /drive to translate ideas into implementation- Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities from a variety of internal and external stakeholders- Experience streamlining disparate processes and systems into a cohesive workflow
