Installer: 2 years of experience

A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Understanding of quality control inspection process and ensuring quality assurance on all installation jobs.

Excellent working knowledge of tools used in this industry.

Dynamic problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and great customer service.

Proficiency in material modification.

Proficiency in setting seams, material layout, and all technical expertise.

Skills in the repair of a variety of natural stones and quartzes with varying finishes.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Ability to polish or cut on-site if needed.

Ability to carry and maneuver heavy tops daily.

2 or more years of experience as an Installer.

Installation Helper: (Training is available for this position).

Assist the Installer with installing stone countertops or other pieces in customers’ homes.

Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining an inventory of the delivery truck.

Prep work area at the start of a job and clean up when completed.

Work with Silicone and Caulking.

Follow all directions given by the Installer.

Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
