Graphic Designer

Description We are in search of a Graphic Designer/Production Artist to join our team, located in Newport Beach, California. The role focuses on the creation and preparation of final artwork for print ads, brochures, and other real estate-specific marketing materials. It is a short-term contract position within the real estate industry, offering the opportunity to contribute to our creative efforts.Responsibilities: Develop and prepare final artwork for print ads, ensuring high quality and consistency. Create brochures and other marketing materials tailored to the real estate industry. Assist with the production of stylized floor plans and their refinement. Manage and execute design tasks for email marketing campaigns. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to produce effective and visually appealing designs. Balance speed and efficiency in production with a strong emphasis on creativity. Collaborate with the team to ensure design concepts align with overall marketing goals. Continuously update and maintain accurate records of all design projects. Respond to and resolve design-related inquiries in a timely manner. Monitor and update design projects, taking necessary action where needed.Requirements Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Strong knowledge of graphic design principles Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team and independently Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Strong attention to detail Creative problem-solving skills Experience in web design is a plus Knowledge of animation or video editing is a bonus Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
