Graphics Software Engineer - R&D Digital Human (Contract) Seeking a Graphics Software Engineer contractor who is exceptionally creative and innovative to join a team of industry-leading developers in their pursuit of high quality software frameworks for synthetic digital humans. The individual should be able to collaborate with world-class teams (research, engineering, and technical artists) to develop applications and frameworks for synthetic digital humans to build ML solutions for next generation products. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-functional team to provide synthetic digital humans to develop innovative computer vision and machine learning algorithms. We are looking for a talented graphics software engineer who has deep understanding and prior experience in the area of digital human development - rigging, shading, simulation, photogrammetry, etc. Excellent programming skills and solid experience in developing high-performant tools in C are required. Key Qualifications Excellent programming skills in C and Python Deep understanding in 3D geometry and linear algebra Solid experience in developing high-performant tools for anatomy-based rigging, deformation, and/or simulation solver in C for photo-realistic digital human development Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Additional Requirements Experience on camera/depth sensing device/optical device test would be a plus Exposure or experience in computer vision and/or deep learning is a big bonus Experience with real-time rendering engines as well as DCC applications, such as Maya or Houdini Education & Experience BS/MS/PhD in computer science, computer graphics or equivalent experienceNote: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
