Groundskeeper, Gardener, Caretaker

Seeking a dedicated groundskeeper to manage an 8 acre property in NorthWest Auburn between Wise Road and Baxter Grade Road.

Applicant should be proficient with gardening/landscaping, irrigation etc. There is about 1.5 acres of lawn surrounding the house, around 20 various fruit trees, and many other plants/shrubs/trees to maintain.

The majority of land is currently undeveloped/unmanaged but will require various maintanence. There are long term plans to convert land for agricultural purposes.

There will likley be other various handyman-type tasks around the propery. So any additional skills (construction, carpentry, irrigation, pool, etc) will be apprecaited and compensated accordingly.

Experience with grazing animals/livestock will be valued in the future. There are currently no animals on the property but we would like to add chickens, goats, etc at some point.

We have most tools/equipment on site (mower, blower, ladders, Echo PAS, chainsaw, etc).

Schedule is very flexible. Need about 2-3 days of work per week depending on capabilities but open to other arrangements. Ideal candidate would be long term and ultimately convert to full time as we expand/develop the property.

Consistent communication is critical. Requires a smart phone for communication, access and compensation.
