Group Facilitator - Outpatient

The Group Facilitator is responsible for facilitating group therapy at the RTC and Inpatient level of care. The Group Facilitator participates in de-escalation or crisis intervention when necessary. The facilitator communicates pertinent information to the primary treatment team as needed.ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with Executive Director and other professional staff to help develop a comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatmentFacilitation of clinical groupsParticipating and supporting patient mealsEnsure documentation timeframes follow state and payer requirementsAttends weekly treatment team and/or clinical meetingsServes as a liaison with multidisciplinary treatment teamParticipates in company training, webinars, and related meetingsKnowledge and adherence to HIPAA privacy rulesAny other job-related responsibilities as assigned by SupervisorThis is a part time position that will work Tuesday-Thursday 10:30am-7:00pmFor a virtual tour of the facility, please visit our website at centerfordiscovery.com.
