Role: GxP Project Manager Exp: 10-12+yrs Location : ONSITE in Oceanside, CA.Top 3 Requirements:1. Strong PM skills2. Life Sciences Domain3. GxP Exp - Experience in delivering various projects in Life sciences industry related to various business teams initiatives including systems/applications testing, validation, qualification, integration, decom, retirement, maintenance, upgrades, testing, validation, qualification and hand-over to support and operations.- Ability and experience in executing GxP projects in Life Sciences industry preferably in Manufacturing and Supply Chain space Ability and experience to lead teams, resolve issues, drive performance- Ability and experience to interact with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and articulate business value and objective of the project- Ability and experience to work with the technical team to drive solution design and construct project plan to deliver the solution- Ability and experience to monitor and manage project execution and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders- Ability and experience to manage financials and budgeting requirements of the project- Ability and experience to manage project execution risks, device mitigation plans and work with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery- Understanding of Validation related project documentation and experience in working with QA and Validation Leads for documentation reviews and approvals- Experience in problem resolution, coordination with multiple teams and solution driven mindset.- Understanding of business processes and manufacturing and supply chain domain in Lifesciences industry- Excellent interpersonal skills – particularly in dealing with senior stakeholders around the business. - Strong oral/written communication, collaboration & influencing skills.- High intellectual capability.- Ability to work unsupervised with high level of self-motivation.- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.ThanksKarthik | 240- 428- 4048karthikg(at)softpathtech(dot)com
