Hands-On Full Stack Manager

A series E health tech start-up local to Redwood City, CA is looking to hire a engineering manager to help their team! This is a full-time opportunity. The company is a late-stage startup that provides a pharmacy experience centered around the patient's needs to provide a more streamlined workflow. This is a great opportunity to step into a management role where you will be mentoring a few junior-senior full stack engineers, while still being hands on within the technical aspects of. Required Skills & Experience

• BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering
• Strong communication skills within personal team and management
• 1.5+ years of technical management experience
• 7+ years professional/production level experience
• The ability to implement models and tools through the use of modeling languages.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Experience in react/java coding
• Extensive knowledge with architecture design, code review,
• Working 20-30% hands on at current EM role
• Experience working effectively with software engineering teams

• Team mentorship and overseeing 3-5 full stack engineer
• handling growth and acquisition team. This team brings in a certain amount of partners. Acquisition of more customers. Increase retention and monetization. 3 core product team that drives revenue to the company.
• Building robust, end-to-end model pipelines and production APIs
• Working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams
• Gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support various business initiatives
