Handyman needed for local property management company

Local Real Estate and Property Management company is seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated handyman to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

General Home Repair

Installation of some appliances and fixtures

Painting, drywall repair, and finishing

Outdoor maintenance (landscape, power washing, etc)

Troubleshoot minor repairs for various home sysytems

Ensuring quality and safety in all work performed
