Handyman/Property Maintenance Person Needed

We are seeking a skilled handyman/property maintenance person to provide services on an as-needed basis to our facilities in Redding and Red Bluff. This is an independent contractor position paying $30 per hour, with a travel bonus for travel to facilities other than the locations mentioned above. This role is on-call/scheduled as needed.

The successful applicant to this position must be responsive and reliable, have dependable transportation (truck or SUV preferred due to needing to haul supplies), and will be able to supply their own tools as needed. All needed parts/supplies will be provided or reimbursed. Please highlight your skills and knowledge regarding property maintenance when applying and indicate if there are any areas of property maintenance you are not comfortable and/or knowledgable to perform.

Ridgeline Pediatric provides pediatric day health services to children and adults with specialized health care needs. Because of the nature of our business, the selected individual must be willing and able to pass a LiveScan and provide negative TB test (paid by the company). You may also be requested to complete drug testing prior to or during the course of your contract.
