Title: Hardware Design Engineer 2Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)Contract: 4+ Month Job Description: Working with Hardware, an execution mode, set of tests to execute. Automation testing, across 8 systems, getting those systems up and running. Monitoring everything, making sure that everything is okay. Develops procedures, analysis and design for hardware components, products and systems.Ensures products and disciplines conform to standards and specifications.Ensures applicability of component design by developing procedures and interpreting standards for defined disciplines.Develops plans and cost estimates and assesses projects to analyze risks; makes related recommendations.Must have excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with the ability to perform board level verification measurements. Must have the ability to maintain a lab if needed and use electronic instruments such as an oscilloscope to isolate failed components.Skills: 1-4 years work related experience.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
