Hastus Developer Required Qualifications & Skills a. Have and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States b. A Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc. is preferred. c. 6 or more years of IT and business/industry work experience including Architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations d. 4 or more years of public sector IT experience preferably in transit vertical e. Leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders f. Experience with exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments g. Possess specialized technical skills and have a clear understanding of District's business processes and architectural configurations h. Possess the functional, technical, analytical, coding and development skills required to perform and make significant changes to existing systems and implement new initiatives i. Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture, business reengineering principles and processes and basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting j. Experience in end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Lifecycle implementations k. The Hastus Developer must have the following experience: i. Application Architecture: The HastuDeveloper shouldld have experience in implementing Hastus systems ii. Infrastructure Architecture iii. Middleware iv. Business Intelligence (BI)
