Qualifications:

Healthy males and females

Age 18 to 64

Non-smokers

Have elevated triglycerides

Statin therapy is acceptable

Available for 1 pre-screening visit, 1 screening visit, a 1-night stay, an 8-night stay, and 11 outpatient visits

Females must be permanent sterility/infertility or postmenopausal
