OverviewThe Head Golf Professional will oversee the operations of Topgolf’s green-grass course in El Segundo. This associate will provide best-in-class, off-the-chart, rockstar-level service while coaching and leading the golf course team towards achieving the facility’s goals. The Head Golf Professional will be responsible for the golf course P&L and player experience metrics to ensure the operation is meeting Topgolf’s standards.Compensatio n range: $60,800-$74,300 USD (annual)Responsibilities

Manages the operations of the golf course including check-in, F&B, retail, events, instruction, and leagues

Manages the golf course P&L and ensures that the golf course meets yearly financial goals

Schedules associates to ensure exceptional player experience from booking to completion of round

Motivates associates to meet the expectations needed to create an engaging player experience

Participates in cross-venue and cross-company meetings

Manages inventory and ordering of golf course supplies to meet COGs goalss

Develops and executes programs that drive player visits and interaction with the golf course

Ensures proper cash handling and financial handling at the golf course

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

PGA Certification strongly preferred

4+ years of Golf industry experience

4+ years of Leading cross-functional teams

3+ years of P&L Management experience

4+ years of Golf Management experience

Golf industry and golf course operations experience required

Ability to lead and motivate associates

Ability to take new ideas from concept to execution

Ability to analyze a P&L and action changes in acheive desired results
