- Lead the strategy, design and execution of the company’s global compensation, equity, and benefits programs to enhance the employee experience
- Leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape while driving fairness and compliance in pay practices and policies
- Provide strategic oversight of executive compensation, including overseeing preparation for and participation in board level discussions
- Direct studies and analyses and engage resources such as external consultants, as needed, to develop and refine programs
- Establish and measure key compensation and benefit program metrics to understand the effectiveness of the total rewards strategy
- Drive employee awareness and understanding of all compensation and benefit programs
- Collaborate and partner with HR and business leadership to understand key concerns in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality, diverse talent
- Build a team of total rewards professionals ensuring that all members are provided with clear expectations & direction and are empowered and held accountable to achieve their goals and perform their jobs
- Collaborate with other Centers of Expertise, the HR Business Partners, and the HR operations and analytics function to understand insights and ensure successful delivery of total reward programs

- A demonstrable track record of crafting and implementing total rewards strategies that align employees with shareholder value
- An enterprise-wide thinker, with a lens on how decisions made within one area may affect other areas of the business
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 15+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, including Equity design, Sales Compensation, and Executive Compensation preferably in a mix of global, public companies and emerging market high-growth companies
- 5+ years of management and leadership experience
- Experience in other HR disciplines and as an HR Business Partner is preferred
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions is preferred
- Professional certification in compensation and/or benefits preferred
- Proven ability to evaluate, design, and implement benefits and rewards programs based on market assessment, internal equity and business strategy
- Inherent motivation to serve people with empathy, optimism and investment in the employee experience
- Strong project management skills and execution including budget management, building reports in Excel/Google Sheets, and diligent attention to detail
- Highly organized, analytical and self-disciplined with a roll-with-the-punches mentality
- Experience and thrives in working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
- Exercises good judgment on when to be flexible or firm in response to changing needs
