Job Details- Experience managing, directing or leading software engineering teams (ideally 10+ engineers)
- We use Python, Flask, React, AWS, Postgres - Any similar modern tech stack experience
- Experience working closely with engineers and leadership team
- Experience delegating work across teams, helping in recruitment efforts
- Experience with Healthcare and/or E-Commerce technology is strongly preferred
