Organization:MMC-Memorial Medical CenterPosition Overview:Provides evaluation, treatment and follow-up to patients within a clinical nursing program. Serves as a primary point of contact for all things related to the care and education of the patients and ensures efficient and effective processes that support safe patient care throughout continuum of care. Participates in the development and implementation of clinical programs and procedures and participates in performance improvement programs. Coordinates and supervises nursing standards of practice for patients and participates in data reporting. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
