Help Desk

Description The Help Desk position is responsible for designing, managing, and driving IT projects to facilitate the integration of systems and processes with the parent company. The role involves providing critical support to employees, managing IT assets, troubleshooting technical issues, and fostering relationships with vendors and third-party providers. The Help Desk position also plays a key role in developing best practices, improving internal processes, and ensuring timely issue resolution.Requirements Key Responsibilities:

Design and drive IT projects to integrate systems and processes with the parent company.

Provide support to employees in resolving IT AV and communication system issues.

Assist with IT inventory management, asset management, and machine provisioning.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and networking issues.

Develop and document best practices to enhance internal troubleshooting processes.

Manage relationships with vendors and third-party providers for application support.

Ensure timely resolution of issues and serve as a point of escalation for team members and users.

Develop processes for testing, documenting, and improving security automation and issue response.

Collaborate with partners across the organization to address technical concerns proactively.
