Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Florham Park, New Jersey. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for end-users, working primarily with Citrix Technologies, Database, Microsoft, and Active Directory applications. The role requires strong communication skills as it involves direct client interaction.Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming helpdesk queries related to system issues, software problems, and hardware faults. Efficiently manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications, specifically Exchange Online, Defender (Email protection), Entra ID Premium. Oversee the maintenance of servers and cloud applications in Microsoft, ensuring their optimal performance. Troubleshoot system malfunctions and hardware problems, aiming to resolve issues before they need to be escalated to the next level project team. Utilize your professional experience with Citrix Technologies and Database management for problem-solving. Assist in the management of Active Directory and computer hardware. Provide deskside support for end-users, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Proactively monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Handle customer credit inquiries professionally and in a timely manner. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently, maintaining accurate customer credit records. Requirements Proficiency in Citrix Technologies Familiarity with Database management Competency in Microsoft products including Microsoft 365 Enterprise Knowledge and experience in Active Directory Understanding of Computer Hardware systems Ability to provide Deskside Support Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a team and independently Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Relevant experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
