Description We are offering an exciting employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry, based in Rocklin, California, for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II. The role involves providing technical support for Office 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory environments, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for end-users.Responsibilities: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, ensuring security and access control best practices are adhered to. Deploy and support Windows 10 operating systems and applications across the organization. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements. Conduct end-user training sessions and create instructional materials as needed. Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or a similar position within the financial services industry Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Lotus Notes Familiarity with EO/IR systems and Database management Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Active Directory Experience with Computer Hardware and Configuration Management Proven expertise in Deskside Support and Desktop Hardware management Ability to troubleshoot, solve complex problems, and provide detailed technical assistance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision Willingness to continue learning and improving technical skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
