Job Description:

Designing and maintaining lab topologies and documentation - Mac OS
Procuring, racking, and stacking lab equipment - Mac OS
Identify and replace failed equipment in a timely manner - Apple laptop
Provisioning and configuring hosts with various types of operating systems
Responding to network outages and performing root cause analysis
Implementing automation scripts for system provisioning, back-ups, and other repetitive tasks in the lab
Maintaining software security and vulnerability patches
Set up and maintain on-site dev equipment with remote console, power control
Supporting our firmware engineers in executing test cases, understanding test results, reproducing and investigating
