Our precision recruiting process aligns the right fit for the right people. 3 MONTH CONTRACT We currently have a new opportunity for a qualified Helpdesk Tier 3 Support to join our client on-site in Beverly Hills, CA.We are actively looking to identify an IT Support Technician with experience in supporting C-Level executives. This role will be providing technical support for a firm with 350 employees. Responsibilities: Responding to a high-demand, high-touch environment with a focus on providing C-Level Executive Support, and as needed support for all employees - providing 24 / 7 support Provide excellent help desk support Function as IT customer service May provide after-hours support Multi-site operations Responding to helpdesk tickets and pre-determined SLA's On-site IT support services related to computer systems, software, hardware, and mobile device Follow rigorous C-Level Executive Support Protocol, ensuring all services are on-line and monitored Resolve day-to-day software and hardware issues related to mobile phones (iPhone and Android) as well as desktops / laptopsRequirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience required in IT Helpdesk Support Willingness to work with systems in a fast-paced industry and be on call 24 / 7 A+ certification required Provide excellent customer service MDM 1+ year of experience working with O365 Windows Operating System (8.1, 10) Base understanding of Azure AD, Domains, and Networks Previous experience with enterprise-level VoIP systems Helpdesk ticket systems Customer service oriented, with strong all-around communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills, not intimidated by new or complex situations Strong understanding of iOSFull COVID-19 vaccination may be required.We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, arrest, and conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
