Koehler Kraft Boatyard, established in 1938, is San Diego’s oldest boatyard. Our 25,000 sq. ft . outdoor boatyard and 9,000 sq. ft. indoor boat repair shed provide us with the capabilities to offer a full range of boat repair & restoration services for boats of all types. Not only do we repair modern & classic boats of all kinds, we also specialize in producing custom, cold-molded wooden vessels.We are currently in search of motivated individuals passionate about all things boats.

Positions Available:

-Marine Systems Technician

-Composite Repair Technician

-Heavy Equipment Technician

-Coatings Technician (Finisher, Painter)

-Boat Builder / Carpenter

-Boatyard Management

Starting Salary: $25-$35 per Hour

(Dependent on skills, experience and acquired tools)

Must have personal tools

Full-Time, Year Round Employment
