About LumeKeebs:

LumeKeebs is a growing mechanical keyboard and accessories brand. We’re looking for a hands-on assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Executive Support: Assist the CEO with daily tasks and various business initiatives.

- Customer Support: Help manage customer messages, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Order Fulfillment & Inventory: Pack and ship orders, manage inventory levels, and restock products as needed.

- Content & Photography: Support with product photography and social media content.

- Operational Tasks: Help maintain workspace organization, vendor coordination, and administrative work.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

- Basic understanding of e-commerce is a plus

- Comfortable using social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

- Must be able to work on-site in Milpitas, CA

Schedule & Compensation:

- Part-time (approx. 20-25 hours per week)

- On-site only (Milpitas, CA)

- Contractor position — hourly pay based on experience
