Applicants must:

- Have handyman knowledge and experience

- Have own tools and truck/work vehicle

- Have reliable transportation

- Be willing to travel 50 mile radius from Baldwin Park

- Have basic cell phone skills (call, text, photos)

Qualifications and Skills:

- Able to kneel, bend, and stoop on a frequent basis.

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion

- Basic English skills reading/writing/speaking

- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions

- Authorized to work in the United States

Interviews will be basic questions for evaluation
