We are currently seeking reliable, energetic, and responsible individuals to join our team as Helpers for shopping, delivery, and pick-up services. The job responsibilities include shopping at various retail stores, picking up orders from restaurants, and delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You do not need a car or a driver's license for this role, making it ideal for individuals who prefer walking or using public transportation. Our flexible schedule options include morning shifts from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, daytime shifts from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You can choose to work part-time for 10 to 15 hours per week, or full-time for 25 to 30 hours per week, depending on your availability and preference. The pay is performance-based and varies according to the number of completed trips, your level of experience, and the overall quality of your service. To succeed in this role, you must be a fast and efficient shopper who can quickly find items in stores while paying close attention to accuracy. Physical fitness is essential as the job requires carrying and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as moving comfortably through buildings with or without elevators and using stairs when necessary. Applicants must be punctual, polite, and respectful toward customers at all times, with a strong ability to follow simple instructions and work cooperatively as part of a team.
