NOW HIRING: ONSITE RESIDENT MANAGER

Employment Type: Part-time / Onsite

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Onsite Resident Manager to help oversee a small apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, good with people, and comfortable coordinating basic building operations.

Responsibilities Include:

Acting as the on-site point of contact for residents

Coordinating and allowing access for maintenance and repairs

Performing regular property walk-throughs

Posting notices and assisting with tenant communication

Light administrative tasks (logging work orders, following up on issues)

Ensuring general building safety and cleanliness

Reporting emergencies, disturbances, or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications:

Must live onsite or be willing to relocate

Strong communication and organization skills

Ability to handle minor tenant issues professionally

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures

Previous property management or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation:

Reduced rent on your unit (details provided during interview)

Hourly compensation for assigned duties
