Hiring professional, experienced, and friendly HOSTS/CASHIERS

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Host/Cashier to join our team! In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, and also handle cashier duties with accuracy and efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining a pleasant dining experience and smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

::As a Hostess::

Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and friendly demeanor

Manage reservations and waitlists using a seating chart or reservation software

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about the restaurant

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area

::As a Cashier::

Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system

Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments

Provide receipts and correct change

Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of shifts

Assist with take-out and pick-up orders as needed

::Requirements::

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and computer skills

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
