Hiring Section 3 Workers for General Construction

Hiring for a project in Los Angeles County.

Trades we are hiring for are:

Laborer

Drywall Finisher

Painter

Drywall Lather

Applicant must meet the HUD LA definition of a Section 3 Worker (One or more of the following) -

I am a low-income resident in the Los Angeles County with an income for the previous or annualized

calendar year below the income limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban

Development (HUD) as follows: Los Angeles $77,700 or Less

I am a resident of public housing or Section 8-assisted housing administered by the County of Los

Angeles;

I am a resident of other public housing projects or Section 8-assisted housing managed by the PHA

that is providing the assistance; or

A YouthBuild Participant.

Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered for employment.
