Hiring Sushi Chefs

Sushi restaurant in Liberty Station (Liberty Public Market) now hiring!

Offering part time or full time position. Pay rate is $19/hour + tips (around $26-$28/hour (Tips Included))

Responsibilities include:

-setting up stations

-cutting produce

-making rolls, nigiris, pokes and onigiris

-making sauces

-keeping station organized

-station breakdown and cleanup

-assisting customers with questions

-process payments and taking orders when needed

We are seeking applicants who:

-sushi making experience

-have moderate to exemplary knife skills

-passion for learning and executing Japanese cuisine

-have reliable transportation

-are committed to growing with the business

-are consistent in their attendance

-are outgoing, like to engage with costumers and share with them their passion for Sushi
