1) Legal Assistants / Paralegals:

Full time position Mon-Fri working in the office.

Salary competitive based on experience.

Must have at least 1 year plus experience in Workers Compensation.

Bonus: If you know how to file Applications, DORs, PQME appointments, Advocacy letters, etc., please explain your knowledge.

Prefer bilingual fluent in Spanish.

2) Hearing Representative/Attorney:

Must have experience in Workers Compensation A-Z to work up cases, attend hearings, rate, send out demands and negotiate settlements.

Full time position
