Hoagies is looking for a skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our growing team! If you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering top-notch service, this is the job for you!
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Lead and support FOH staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
Manage shift scheduling, timekeeping, and staffing needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Oversee POS systems, manage cash handling, and ensure accurate transactions
Collaborate with BOH to ensure seamless communication and service
Train and coach team members to uphold Hoagies' standards of excellence
Assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor communication
What We’re Looking For:
Previous FOH management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Passion for people, food, and creating a positive work culture
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
