Home maintenance/repair tech

We are a growing residential remodeling company and we are looking for a great home maintenance technician / multi-skilled tradesman to add to our team!

If you are the one we are looking for, YOU will have the following qualifications.

Experience conducting general residential property maintenance, repairs and renovations

Solid understanding of how basic household systems work, including smoke detectors, basic plumbing, and electrical, etc.

Current and clean driver’s license and insurance

Basic computer / technology knowledge (email, texts, etc.)

Own tools is a plus

Substance free

Great work ethic, ability to work independently, responsibly and solve problems

Great communication skills

Experience is important, but we are hiring based on character rather than on skill. Being a good fit for our team is top priority.

This is a full time position. Pay is DOE. EOE. Potential bonus based on performance.
