Host/Bus Person

Del Monte Cafe is interviewing for Sunday Host/ Busser. Day shift

Job description:

-Greet and seat guests with friendly professional demeanor.

-Manage waitlist and communicate wait times to guests.

-Answer phones

-Ensure a smooth flow of guest from entry to seating.

-Communicate with servers and management regarding guest preferences and concerns.

-Work together will all other team members to help deliver exceptional service.

-Help maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.

-Assist with silverware roll ups

-Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests.

-Assist servers in delivering water to guests and beverages.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and outside dining area.

-Restock supplies and assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.

Requirements:

-Excellent customer service and communication skills.

-Ability to work in fast -paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

-Positive attitude and team-orientated mind set.

-Ability to stand and walk for extended period of time.

-Previous experience in customer service or restaurant settings is a plus.

-Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
