Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions within the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and training arrangements.

Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including personnel files, contracts, and performance evaluations.

Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely manner.

Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

Assist with HR-related inquiries and issue resolution, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.

Coordinate employee recognition programs and events to promote a positive work culture.

Assist in organizing and conducting employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics, employee turnover, and other relevant data for management review.

Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance with all applicable standards.

Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management systems implementation or employee engagement surveys.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (X years) working in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or Coordinator.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
