Description An HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all aspects of human resources operations in an organization. They are often the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

Coordinate employee documentation, including contracts, recruitments, and terminations.

Participate in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

Assist with performance management procedures.

Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.

Coordinate training and development initiatives and activities.

Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.

Requirements

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is often required.

Proven experience as an HR coordinator or a similar role in human resources.

Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.

Familiarity with social media recruitment.

Proficient in MS Office, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and databases.

Experience using payroll software.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Certification in Human Resources, such as PHR or SHRM, would be a plus.
