Job Description

Guardant Health is already helping thousands of cancer patients, and we’re looking for an HR Coordinator who can help us during another growth phase. As a member of our People team, you’ll ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.Your primary responsibility will be to manage the candidate scheduling, candidate onboarding, offer letters, data integrity, background checks, ATS administration, and various programs such as the employee referral program. There will be other tasks related to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources that ensure a positive experience for the candidate and manager. You’ll partner with others in the People team to help us ensure flawless execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition throughout the recruiting process. This will include coordinating interviews, posting jobs, scheduling travel, running background checks, obtaining interview results, and developing offer letters.
  • Host candidates throughout their interview day. Ensure interviewers are on time for their interviews and the candidates have an amazing experience.
  • Oversee the employee referral program and ensure that the program stays top of mind.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, click boarding, equipment, scheduling new hire orientation and first-day activities
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records
  • Partner with the Operations team to administer record keeping of applicant data, using Applicant Tracking System and other tools.
  • Assist with data entry and data integrity within the HRIS (Workday preferred)
  • Manage much of the PO process.
  • Recommend and ensure best practices and effective methods for all administrative tasks related to the recruiting process.
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Coordination experience preferably in a fast-moving organization.
  • College degree preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent professional interpersonal/customer service skills.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team while practicing discretion with confidential information.
  • Very strong computer skills.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change in a very dynamic environment.

Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies up to 20 lbs and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposed to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
