Description We are conducting a search for a Human Resources Generalist to join our client's team. In this role, you will execute responsibilities like recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management to ensure our company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. You'll need to be exceptionally communicative, goal-oriented, and analytical, with deep knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.Responsibilities:

Conduct talent acquisition process, including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process.

Coordinate and administer worker compensation, benefits, and leave-of-absence programs.

Handle employment-related queries from managers and employees, referring complex and sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

Develop training and development programs.

Assist in evaluating performance review procedures.

Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

Provide overall administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Generalist, or similar role.

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Ability to design and implement HR strategies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.

Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
