Job Description

The HR Operations - Covid Support role is vital in maintaining a safe work environment for GH employees. This role is operations-focused and has high visibility within the company. You’ll work closely and partner with the Operations team, Guardant Health employees, HR Business Partners, and Managers to ensure a safe work environment concerning Covid-19. If you are someone who has strong people skills, loves employee relations functions and is customer service focused, and can organize anything, we’d love to talk with you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Covid operations and relations and be the main point of contact in resolving issues and questions for employees.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, action-oriented, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update confidential health records in various systems.
  • Reporting, event coordination, scheduling, data entry/records upkeep, etc.
  • Analyze data and report trends to help develop solutions, programs, and policies for leaders and employees
  • Assist with other TA and HR Operations work
  • Maintain vendor relations
  • Conduct training to employees and managers on various topics to improve employee compliance with Covid policies.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Covid Vaccination Policy: Starting January 7, 2022, Guardant Health will require all employees to be fully vaccinated to either (a) establish that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19; or (b) request and obtain an approved exemption from Guardant’s COVID-19 U.S. Vaccination Policy as a reasonable accommodation. An employee is considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 two weeks after receiving the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or one dose of a single-dose vaccination. Acceptable vaccines are approved or under emergency use authorization by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and/or the World Health Organization (WHO). In addition, fully-vaccinated employees will be required to maintain their fully-vaccinated status under this Policy by obtaining, if applicable, any FDA-approved boosters.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of administrative & coordination experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a bias towards action with attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, Google Suite

Additional Information

Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies up to 20 lbs and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposed to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
