5+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or Workforce planning programs delivering employee and leadership facing programs across the full range of HR domains, including Recruiting, Talent Management, Rewards, and Operations5-7+ years of project/program management experience in mid-size (5k employees minimum) to large size companies, implementing projects with budget from (USD)1M - (USD)5M or greater and significant people, process and technology changes and aggressive timelines.3-5 years change management experience, working closely with business and human resource leaders to influence and drive changeStrong executive presence; comfortable presenting to and communicating with business and hr leadersStrong powerpoint and excel skills for creating tools to support change management and program implementationBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.Demonstrated success in highly rapid and fluid business environments.Highly competent in facilitating meeting with many functional areasStrong language skills both written and spoken.Continuous improvement and learning mindset; Comfortable working quickly and iterativelyExperience with organization design and cross-border projects is a plusKey RequirementsRelevant project and program management samples may be required during the interview process.
