HR Specialist

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Specialist in the non-profit industry located in San Francisco, California. The HR Specialist will be an integral part of our team, responsible for a multitude of tasks related to the management of human resources within the organization. Responsibilities: Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR operations Manage and optimize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for recruitment processes Leverage Ceridian and CRM tools for effective HRM and customer relations Employ About Time tool for efficient time and attendance management Conduct thorough Auditing on HR practices and policies to ensure compliance Oversee Benefit Functions and Benefits Coordination to ensure optimized employee welfare Maintain clear and effective Communication channels within the organization Uphold Compliance with labor laws, regulations and organizational policies Handle customer credit applications and maintain accurate records Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
