HR Systems Analyst

Description Our Biotech Company client in Carlsbad seeks an HR Systems Analyst. This role will involve developing, implementing, and modifying software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements.Responsibilities:

Maintain and constantly improve HRIS to ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure the HR system meets their business needs and improve productivity.

Conduct training sessions to educate employees about how to use HR systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
