HRIS Analyst: Ceridian Dayforce technical support for onboarding/payroll, Excel reporting, SQL We are hiring for our People Resources (HR) team. The HRIS Analyst will have a solid understanding of all internal software with a focus in People Resources (HR) functionality. They will work closely with IT to ensure the creation, implementation, accuracy, and growth of the HR processes, procedures, and technology are efficient, effective, and create a positive end-user experience. The liaison for outside vendors for selection, implementation, training (in house), trouble shooting, invoices, and system updates.

Application Support / Administration Management:
  • Coordinate w/ external vendors on new integrations with Ceridian Dayforce
  • Trouble Tickets - Ensure tickets are being responded to and resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintain Microsoft SQL Server (specific to Ceridian Dayforce)
  • Work with IT as a liaison to HR in managing and maintain storage requirements as it relates to compliance
  • Manage, evaluate and facilitate any upgrades changes to all HR systems, software, and technology.

Vendor Management:
  • Manage, audit and review payroll systems (Ceridian Dayforce)
  • Manage, audit and review Onboarding Systems (Ceridian Dayforce)

Project Management:
  • Consult with Chief People Officer on technology needs
  • Manage internal and outsourced labor throughout development process
  • Track, document, and facilitate resources throughout project cycle
  • Coordinate maintenance and/or repairs with IT, Payroll, Recruiting and operations team
  • Coordinate vendor maintenance and implementation with HR team
  • Leads in testing and implementation on new systems
  • Responsible for accuracy of data input
  • Develops metrics to determine success of our technology solutions and business processes.
  • Drives people analytics capabilities for the HR team and internal customers.

Financial:
  • Responsible for preparation and analysis of system implementation, ongoing costs, upgrades, and additions.
  • Familiar with a variety of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures that relate to or connected with Human Resources.
  • Audits vendor invoices to identify cost inconsistent with projected value
  • Examines and reviews unusual cost records and ensures cost data is allocated correctly
  • Knowledge of other external Financial Operation Systems to assist in troubleshooting
    • External: Aloha, CTUIT, QSR, Ceridian, HireBridge, SparkLearn
      • Internal: Website, Financials, etc.

Skills/Experience:
  • College degree in a related field, i.e., business, Information technology, Human Resources, or hotel and restaurant management, preferred
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous or current experience in the hospitality industry (can be as an HRIS Analyst or in a different function).
  • Prefers restaurant industry experience, especially in the context of HRIS (w/ Ceridian Dayforce even better).
    • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the restaurants helpful.
  • 3-5+ years of Ceridian Dayforce experience that includes administration & support of employee onboarding & payroll services.
    • Skilled at resolving technical issues / tickets
    • Skilled at vendor coordination, especially in the context of new API / integrations to other systems / apps (to include testing before go-live)
    • Understanding of the system requirements to support Ceridian Dayforce with an ability to determine root cause analysis w/ supporting infrastructure in case the issue is IT related & not application related (for example: Windows Server, Windows OS, firewalls, etc.)
    • Strong experience with SQL (for reporting & troubleshooting of Ceridian issues)
    • Strong Ceridian Dayforce custom reporting skills with Excel.
  • Smartsheet experience a plus
